Thank you for reading the following policies. Please remember that this work is my livelihood. When there are late cancellations or no-shows, I lose a portion of my income for the time I’ve specifically reserved for you. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

credit cards

A credit card is required to be on file to book any service. With a credit card on file, you consent to having it charged to uphold the following policies.

cancellation or rescheduling

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 48 of the scheduled time, 50% of the service fee will be charged to your card.

no-shows

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in your card being charged 100% of the total amount of the service missed.

showing up late

Arriving late may result in a partial service or rebooking, with the full appointment fee applied. If rebooking is needed, the full fee will also be charged for the new appointment.

changing the service during your appointment

If you decide to switch to a lover-priced service during your appointment or within 48 hours of the appointment time, the fee for the originally booked service will still apply.

consultations

Consultations are complimentary; however, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are subject to all policies. Fees will be applied based on my hourly rate of $110 per hour.

courtesy confirmation texts/emails

Confirmations and reminders are provided as a courtesy. Failure to receive or respond to them does not exempt you from the enforcement of cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show polices.

purchases

Styling products, may be exchanged only (no refunds) within 2 weeks of purchase if a defect or issue is identified. All extension hair is final sale.

service adjustments

All haircut, colour, and extension services have a 7 day grace period for any adjustments needed. If the advised at home care was not adhered to or you changed your mind about what you originally requested, charges may apply. No refunds available.
